Policy Statement

Transparent Transfer Technology LLC has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in all forms.

This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, and business partners of TTT.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Offering, promising, or giving bribes

Requesting or accepting bribes

Making facilitation payments

Offering or accepting improper gifts or hospitality

Making political contributions to obtain business advantage

We conduct appropriate due diligence on:

Business partners and agents

Vendors and suppliers

Acquisition targets

We maintain accurate books and records that reflect all transactions and dispositions of assets.

Any suspected violations should be reported immediately. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship.
